Your realtor or title company is welcome to give us a call at 707-279-0829 with any questions that arise during escrow.
Construction or changes to your property must be approved by our Architectural Control Committee. We request three (3) sets of plans, one of which will be kept within the Association office after approval. Fee for approval of new construction plans will be $200, payable when plans are picked up. Cost for approval of renovation plans will be $100. There is no fee for painting, fences or decking approval by our Architectural Control Committee. Expect a 30-day turnaround time. 2005 Weed Abatement/Fire Protection Guidelines
UNIMPROVED LOTS
1. Clear all dry brush and weeds to a distance of not less than 30 feet from the road.
2. Trim all tree limbs to a height of 6 feet from the ground.
3. Clear all dry brush and weeds on your property to at least 100 feet clearance from any structures on adjoining lots.
4. Thin entire lot of all brush and fuels so a person can walk through the lot easily.
5. Remove ALL dead, dying and diseased trees.
6. WEEDS and grass shall be maintained to a heightof NO MORE than 3 inches during fire season (June 1 through the end of November).
IMPROVED LOTS
1. Clear all dry brush and weeds to a distance of not less than 30 feet from the road.
2. Clear all dry brush and weeds to a distance of not less than 30 feet AROUND any structure.
3. FLAMMABLE VEGETATION may not come in contact with any part of structure or deck.
4. Remove any portion of any tree that extends within 10 feet of the outlet of any chimney or stovepipe.
5. Maintain the roof and gutters of any structure free of leaves, needles, or other dead vegetation.
6. Weeds and grass shall be maintained to a height of NO MORE than 3 inches during fire season(June 1 through the end of November).
Clearance means mowing or weeding to a height of not more than THREE INCHES
